Don’t you just want to tell everyone to try WRITING a news article themselves, so they can see how compressed and narrow they all are? And reporters are required to focus on whatever theme editors ask of them, or if not, they are LOOKING for a theme that will impress an editor. So much happening that the reader never considers, really, until they’ve tried to do it, or maybe been misquoted themselves!
